My favorite way for cooking Keto zucchini noodles is to pan-fry them. Before you dump them right into a pan, we need to get some of the moisture out. Do not just pan fry them right away, because they will be watery. To do this, place the zoodles in a colander over the sink and toss with salt. Let them sit for 15 minutes. Finally, squeeze the zoodles gently to release some additional water.
