Su sabor tan particular lleno de especias y dulzor nos hace amarlo. Es por esto que les traigo esta versi\u00f3n de pudin<\/span> de pan ligera, cargada de sabor y muy deliciosa. No van a creer lo rico que esta, adem\u00e1s es libre de gluten,\u00a0low<\/span>\u00a0carb<\/span> y f\u00e1cil de hacer, como todo lo que les traigo.

Pan\u00a0keto<\/span>\u00a0de harina de almendra\u00a0vs<\/span>\u00a0harina de coco\u00a0<\/h4>

Particularmente la versi\u00f3n de pan que adoro para este pudin<\/span>\u00a0de pan\u00a0keto<\/span>\u00a0es con harina de almendra, la raz\u00f3n es que su sabor es neutral a diferencia de la harina de coco. Adem\u00e1s tenemos una miga mas ligera y suelta. La harina de coco es mas\u00a0adsorvente<\/span>\u00a0y tiende a resecar nuestras recetas, adem\u00e1s su sabor es mas invasivo por lo que algunas recetas son imposibles de hacer con la harina de coco.<\/p>

La buena noticia es que a pesar de lo dicho anteriormente sobre la harina de coco, esta receta es una de esas que se pueden hacer ya que lleva especias que ayudan a matizar el sabor del coco. Aunque siempre soy honesta y les digo cual versi\u00f3n seria la mas indicada. Se que en muchos lugares la harina de almendra es dif\u00edcil de conseguir y muy cara. Tambi\u00e9n aqu\u00ed en Canada es cara, pero estoy segura que a medida que venga mas competencia sus precios mejoraran, al menos eso quiero pensar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        Elaboraci\u00f3n paso a paso<\/h3>

        Preparacion de ambos panes (es parecido el proceso)<\/h4>
        • En un bowl grade batir los huevos por un minuto con un globo de mano o batirdor<\/span><\/div><\/li>
        • Agregar el eritritol y batir por 30 segundos mas<\/span><\/div><\/li>
        • Agregar la mantequilla derretida y el resto de ingredientes liquidos<\/span><\/div><\/li>
        • Finalmente agregar la harina y con una lengua pastelera o\u00a0esp\u00e1tula\u00a0mover con movimientos envolventes<\/span><\/div><\/li>
        • Poner la mezcla en un molde rectanguar o el que tengas apto para horno, engrasado o empapelado llevar al horno precalentado en 350 f \/175c por 45 minutos <\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

          Preparacion del pudin de pan keto<\/h4>
          • En un bowl agregar los huevos y batir por 1 minuto<\/span><\/div><\/li>
          • Agregar el resto de ingredientes y mover hasta que este totalmente incorporado<\/span><\/div><\/li>
          • Tomar nuestro pan keto que ya esta listo y cortarlo en trozos medianos y colocarlo en un molde apto para horno<\/span><\/div><\/li>
          • Echar la mezcla del pudin sobre nuestro pan keto que ya hemos cortado en trozos medianos<\/span><\/div><\/li>
          • Echar las almendras o nueces (opcional)<\/span><\/div><\/li>
          • Llevar al horno precalentado en 350f \/ 175c por 45 minutos<\/span><\/div><\/li>
          • Dejar reposar por 15 minutos antes de servir. Disfrutar<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n
